Courtney Clancy
Director
Courtney teaches an amazing array of classes across many styles. Courtney has been involved in the dance world for 26 years. Courtney started her dance education when she was 2 years old at a local studio in her hometown. She quickly fell in love with the art and began taking as many genres of dance as she possibly could. At the age of 8 Courtney became a competitive dancer and stayed a part of her competition team until she was 18. Her team competed at the regional and national level, winning many overall high point awards. Courtney also won many special awards such as “most entertaining” and “best stage presence”. Ashley Czarnecki
Ashley has been dancing since she was 2 years old. Growing up she loved the art and continued to push toward her goals. Once she turned 12 she immediately began student teaching and loved how natural it felt. At just 15 years old she had her first class that she was teaching on her own and successfully choreographed a routine for the first time. Ashley has been teaching ever since and loves pushing her students to their best.
Alexis Cordella
Alexis received her formative dance training from Dance Centre of the Hamptons and Manorville under the mentorship of Leigh Kestin. Alexis supplemented her training with summer study at the American Ballet Studio and by performing as a soloist in Nutcracker productions during her apprenticeship with the Dancecore Ballet Program.
Cheyenne Spillett
Cheyenne is our latest student to make the transition to a full teacher. She started at Dance Centre at age 6, and danced competitively for 10 years. Cheyenne is passionate about tap and hip hop, and was part of her varsity kickline team in high school for three years.
Daria DeMasi
Daria is a passionate and dedicated dancer/Choreographer who continues to train in efforts to perfect her craft. She started dancing when she was 2 and has danced competitively for 17 years receiving numerous awards throughout the region. Daria started taking dance very seriously at age 14. She trained at one of the top studios on Long Island called World Class Performance Center with dance director Cindy Angarola. Daria is constantly training at either local studios or taking classes in NYC.
Rosemari Marotta
Rosemari is an avid performer, who has performed in a myriad of theatrical performances at Westhampton High School and dance competitions at Dance Centre. She is currently studying at NYU in pursuit of a degree in Drama at the Tisch School of the Arts with a dance minor. Rosemari is not only an outstanding performer of theatre, jazz, hip hop, contemporary and lyrical dance but is an integral part of stage crew, support, advocacy and organization of every detail of competition dance schedules and recital planning and execution.
